About me

I am a postdoctoral researcher who joined the TVP lab in 2013. I have a particular interest in understanding the contribution of the immune system and macrophages in the development of cardiometabolic complications of obesity. In particular, my research focusses on lipid biosynthesis and remodelling, aiming to decipher how macrophages intrinsic lipid metabolism modulates inflammation in obesity.
